Isolated Areas Coverage

Since the advent of mobile networks in the 1990s, and that of digital televison in the 2000s, SELECOM supports operators in their deployment. The solutions also allow repeaters SELECOM:

to extend the network coverage of a BTS, a TETRA base station / TETRAPOL / PMR-DMR or issuer TNT in urban and rural areas

Outdoor Coverage Extension 2G, 3G, 4G
To increase the range of a cell 2G, 3G, 4G mild manner without having to deploy a new base station, repeaters off-air SELECOM are an excellent alternative.
Installed on a tower, pole or rooftop terrace, a repeater site demand and energy to operate, no transmission connection types being necessary to the BTS.
48VDC version, and associated with a local energy source (solar panels, generator combustion engine, fuel cell, etc ...), a repeater site is quite suitable for isolated and autonomous sites.

Outdoor Coverage Extension TETRA, TETRAPOL, PMR-DMR UHF
The radio network security within the TETRA / TETRAPOL standard supersedes the old VHF networks.
To control the costs of deployment, off-air repeaters SELECOM are an excellent complement to TETRA base stations / TETRAPOL that extend coverage in mountainous areas, valleys, uncovered naturally étedues.
Installation is quick and light: a rooftop terrace, a water tower, a single pylon enough to set up a repeater. Only energy is to bring the site if it is not already available. No connection with the BTS and the network is therefore required.
Not to generate noise and does not desensitize the BTS, the repeater is equipped with the feature "Sleep RX" which turns the transmission to the BTS only when the presence of a mobile TETRA / TETRAPOL that wants to communicate. This allows not limit the number of transponders on a single base station.

Outdoor Coverage Extension DVB-T/-T2, ISDB-T
The mesh networks consist of digital television transmitters medium and high power, supplemented by iso-frequency repeaters, also known gapfillers.
Installed on a tower, pole or rooftop terrace, a site Gapfiller only requires energy to function, no such transmission connection being necessary with DTT transmitters.
48VDC version, and associated with a local energy source (solar panels, generator combustion engine, fuel cell, etc ...), a repeater site is quite suitable for isolated and autonomous sites.
Equipped with digital echo cancellation technology, the gapfillers SELECOM are quite suitable for rebroadcasting SFN (Single Frequency Network) single frequency.
